In this experiential course, you will acquire tools and practices to replace old
habits that no longer serve you with ones that open possibilities and impact
the quality of your life.

We will use moves and practices drawn from the martial arts, meditation, as well
as explore new ways of thinking about and working with language to develop your
ability to harness your power and use it effectively to design the life you have
been longing to live. We will be doing some light movement so please wear
comfortable clothing. This is not a martial arts class. No martial arts experience
necessary.
